Spa Hotel
Yalova, Termal
The Termal Spa Hotel project is located in the district of Termal in Yalova. During the design process, the topographic formation of Termal was examined, and the valley shape of the region was taken as a reference.
Furthermore, considering the current tourism demands, the concept of a thermal hotel and spa center was envisioned, which aims to provide a sense of individual usage through rooms with different elevations, reflecting the form of the region.
In addition to strengthening the building's connection to the region, the use of wood as a building material was preferred for sustainability purposes. While the basement and ground floor consist of reinforced concrete frame systems, the first and second floors are planned to be constructed using CLT (Cross-Laminated Timber) wooden wall and floor panels.

A healthy hotel structure for people and geography
In the project being carried out in Termal, surrounded by forests and located between valleys, the use of wood as a building material has been preferred within the scope of sustainability to ensure the structure's integration with the region and to avoid negative interference with Termal's clean environment. While the basement and ground floor are made of reinforced concrete frame system, the first and second floors are designed to incorporate CLT (Cross-Laminated Timber) wooden wall and floor panels.

A familiar "trace" for Termal located between the valleys.
The first element of inspiration in the design of the project emerged from the trace created by the topographic formation of the geography.

The ongoing project located in the last points of the route from Yalova to Termal has a comprehensive spa section. In addition to this, an outdoor pool located on the south side surrounded by forests aims to provide users with a valuable experience with a panoramic view.
The hotel, which has a total of 66 rooms, features rooftop gardens and outdoor activity areas, as well as a spacious lobby, a two-story café overlooking Termal, and an à la carte restaurant.
The spa area includes a Turkish bath, a fitness center, an indoor pool, a sauna, massage rooms, steam rooms, and salt rooms.
The hotel has an open parking area as well as an underground parking lot with a capacity of 40 vehicles.
