This project, designed with the aim of enhancing the existing potential of its location and being centrally positioned, has felt the necessity to create a distinctive landmark image inspired by the advantages provided by its location. Designed with the goal of contributing to the city and the region in terms of design and functionality, this structure accommodates stores on the ground floor while housing units are located on the upper floors.
